Very nice library. This is the largest of 3 in Ventura. Is always very busy. The staff are very nice and helpful. Is Located in downtown Ventura. Is on the local bus route and only 1/2 a block from the bus stop. Lots of computers with internet…

EP Foster Library is located right in downtown Ventura close to all the shops and restaurants. It is an older building and the hours are limited but I've always been able to find what I was looking for.
